We're delighted to share our favourites here. Today, I'd like to share a delightful encounter with Marie-Maud Chaloyard, La Petite Design, who works in the Pays de Gex and the whole of the Lake Geneva region, both in France and Switzerland. Her sensitivity and generosity are exceptional, and I can't recommend her highly enough for your interior design projects.
La Petite Design, who are you?
La Petite Design is an architecture and interior design agency that reinvents residential and professional spaces. It's an agency on a human scale, since I'm the only person you talk to. My name is Marie-Maud and I founded La Petite Design in 2016.
I'm an interior designer and I design residential and professional projects, in Switzerland (Canton of Vaud and Geneva) and France (Pays de Gex).
I love the idea of bringing out the best in what already exists, playing with contrasts and materials to reveal a space's full potential. Bold choices and controlled harmonies: welcome to my world, where every detail makes sense and tells a story! I also attach great importance to direct and indirect lighting, which is essential!
With a network of talented and professional partners, I bring together the best skills to transform interiors. What makes me tick? A holistic approach that puts my customers, aesthetics and the challenges of the project at the heart of every creation.
Who are your customers?
When it comes to businesses, La Petite Design develops concepts that resonate with the company's DNA and set it apart from its competitors, while meeting the multiple challenges of profitability, visual identity and customer experience.
When I work with residential customers, the challenge is to understand the lifestyle, day-to-day life and evolution of a family in order to design a warm, harmonious, functional and sustainable interior.
I tailor my offers to suit my customers' needs. Generally, I take an interior design project from conception through to project management.
What services do your customers particularly appreciate?
Carrying out building work is often very stressful, because it involves a lot of follow-up, delays and changes... all of which adds to an already overloaded schedule! My customers appreciate the fact that I take care of all the work, including orders, coordination and monitoring of contractors, so that they can concentrate on their work and family life. I reduce their mental workload and guide them.
What are your plans for the future?
Residential and professional! I can't say too much at the moment, but I'm hoping to get some great news at the start of the year about a very special project!
What would you like people to remember about working with you?
I'd like people to talk about my professionalism, my aesthetic vision and my control of costs and deadlines. Frankly, I'm delighted with the Google reviews and I hope they'll continue for a long time to come!
