Property sold OFF MARKET

Today I had the privilege of attending the signing of the deed of sale for this house, which was sold OFF MARKET, i.e. even before it was published on the internet and in the various advertising media. I was competing with another agency, which didn't have the potential client on file.

This sale was possible because I keep a valuable file of all potential buyers who want to purchase a property. So, as soon as a new property arrives, I can present it to them in advance, before it appears on the various advertising media.

I therefore invite you to consider the following two essential points:

FOR SELLERS:

When you choose an agency to represent you for the sale of your property, choose a LOCAL AGENCY OR AN INDEPENDENT AGENT WITH A LOCAL LOCATION. He or she will be in a better position to make an accurate estimate, because he or she knows the clientele in the area as well as the property prices, and will have a large file of potential customers (be careful, not all agencies do this - look at customer reviews!). You should also look for a bilingual agent, as the Pays de Gex has a large international clientele.

FOR BUYERS:

Don't hesitate to tell me about your plans; I may not have a property immediately available, but I'll be sure to contact you if a property comes on the market that matches your criteria. Please also be open in your search, and let yourself be seduced by a “product” that you would not have considered at first glance.

Thank you to the sellers and buyers for their confidence, it was an immense pleasure to accompany them!
