Renovation of an apartment in Gex

This is the end of an unusual assignment for me!

A few months ago, I was contacted by a client living abroad who was looking to invest in the Pays de Gex. I found him a one bedroom flat in Gex that needed complete renovation.

My client wanted me to help him renovate the property, and he placed his absolute trust in me! So I contacted my trusted craftsmen, chose the materials, co-ordinated and monitored the building site. And I'm delighted to be able to present the result to you today:

Of course, I hesitated a lot before accepting this assignment, but I'm also keen to serve my customers as professionally as possible.

In the end, we're both delighted, and this little nest will soon be welcoming a tenant who I hope will have the same pleasure as we had!
