From time to time, we are lucky enough to visit exceptional prestige homes. They are often a great source of inspiration, and we always enjoy representing the owners in the sale of these properties.

So we've decided to show you some exceptional properties that have been looked after from top to toe!

Let's start this section with this prestigious house for sale in Divonne-les-Bains.

The entrance is higher than the living room. This photo shows the stairs with a string in the wall. The details include dowel covers. The materials are elegant: slate floor in the entrance hall, oiled oak parquet flooring. The furniture and decor are equally elegant: MAXALTO B&B Italia sideboard, USM TV unit, Le Corbusier LC4 chair and Barcelona armchairs by Mies Van Der Rohe.

The left-hand side of the living room has a double-height section, adding a special cachet.

Adjustable shading devices give the house a special luminosity when they are partially lowered.

The kitchen is by IKEA, and has been integrated so that it disappears into the walls. The central island is in black granite, with a grey mirrored splashback. Two Ligne Roset chandeliers complete the look.

Upstairs, the house has a mezzanine converted into a study. The three children's bedrooms have en suite shower rooms, while the master bedroom has a bathroom and dressing room.
